Ben's Review
The XP 70 was my first soaker. It also is the soaker the X system used in CPS soakers is based off of. From what I know, its output is 1 oz a second, or 29 mls a second for you metric people. Overall, I only think that it's good as a backup, because it doesn't have too good range and it's small. My XP 70 broke years ago when I dropped it, so I can not take stats. From what I've read though, it doesn't take a lot of pumps and has about 5 shots per tank, so it's pretty good in those stats.
