Spinner's Review
Currently the smallest CPS-based Super Soaker ever produced, the SC 500 is a credit to the Super Charger line. As its name suggests, it comes with a QFD for filling the firing chamber directly from the hose, but it can also be filled from the tap as a normal CPS blaster. The SC 500 is light and compact, and makes for a great scout weapon - good power, but not too heavy. Definitely worth picking up if you can.
Wild Boy's Review
The Super Charger 500 is the smallest CPS made to date. It is great as a backup weapon or side arm if you are using weapons like the CPS 2500, CPS 2000 .etc. There were actually three versions for this gun which are:-
Mark 1 - Hot pink coloured tanks which stated air pressure meaning low power.
Mark 2 - Purple coloured tanks which stated constant pressure. For a gun its size the power and range was excellent.
Mark 3 - Probably the same as the mark 2 but with purple and green tanks instead.
Performance-wise the gun performs well for its size. The nozzle is estimated at 1.8X. It has an excellent shot time lasting at 7 seconds which can really annoy your opponent. It only takes 12 easy pumps to get this thing fully charged. You can also use a QFD with this for fast refills and an extra shot which can be an advantage over the field. The only bad thing about this is that the pump might break if not being careful with it. Overall this weapon is great. Use it as a side arm, backup or for small skirmishes.
